Before You Buy
購票須知Limit. 2 tickets per person, per show 每人每場限購兩張. There is no fan Q&A segment at this concert.
Entry. One ticket per person, and everyone needs a ticket, children included. For safety and sightline reasons, children under 7 are not recommended.
Refunds. Within 3 days of purchase, with a 5% handling fee. Refunding before 7·11 also drops you from the benefit draws.
FANME. Entry rules and the benefit-redemption flow are posted on the FANME official fan page; missing the posted entry or redemption times forfeits that benefit.

Benefit redemption. 福利兌換 · bring your ticket to the benefit counter. Collect non-signed benefits during service hours and signed items after the show. Check signed items before leaving; uncollected items are not reissued or mailed. No letter or gift box.
Lost tickets. Before showtime, bring a police report, proof of purchase, and ID to the KKTIX ticket counter. Entry is allowed only after the seat is confirmed empty once the show starts; the original ticket holder retains priority.
Accessible tickets. The disability-handbook holder must buy and enter in person with the handbook. A companion listed in the handbook must show ID and cannot enter or sit alone. Non-holders cannot enter, and those tickets cannot be refunded.
Merch rules. A same-day ticket is required; stock and purchase limits apply. Pay by cash, credit card, UnionPay, LINE Pay, or Apple Pay. Check items at the counter; defect exchanges are venue-only. No shopping bags.
